Ingredients
- 150g Butter
- 120g Sukrin Gold
- 1 Egg
- 500g Rolled Oats
- 4tbsp Sukrin Fibrefine
- 2tbsp Honey
- 100g Sukrin Sesame Flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/GM4
- Place the butter, Sukrin Gold and honey in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix in the oats, Sesame Flour and Fibrefine and add the egg.
- Using two spoons, form small balls of the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, until they are light golden brown. Place each biscuit carefully on a wire rack to cool.
