Ingredients

  • 125g Solid Coconut Oil
  • 50g Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 50g Sukrin Almond Flour
  • 120g Sukrin Gold
  • 40g Cocoa
  • 1tsp Honey or Coconut Blossom Nectar
  • 2tsp Instant Coffee Powder

Instructions

  • Dissolve the coffee in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 
  • Form the dough into bite-sized balls and roll in schredded coconut or chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
