Ingredients
- 125g Solid Coconut Oil
- 50g Gluten Free Oatmeal
- 50g Sukrin Almond Flour
- 120g Sukrin Gold
- 40g Cocoa
- 1tsp Honey or Coconut Blossom Nectar
- 2tsp Instant Coffee Powder
Instructions
- Dissolve the coffee in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Form the dough into bite-sized balls and roll in schredded coconut or chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
