As well as being naturally free from gluten, Sukrin Organic Almond flour offers a really good low-carb, high protein alternative to traditional flour. Feel free to add in mashed banana, nut milk and cook in coconut oil if you prefer. Can be made thick, American style, or thinner!

Ingredients
- 40g Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Sukrin:1 or caster sugar
- 150ml milk
- Optional: lemon and sugar, melted Sukrin Chocolate, fresh berries
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender until smooth.

Melt a little butter in a pan and cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
