Ingredients

  • 40g Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Sukrin:1 or caster sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • Optional: lemon and sugar, melted Sukrin Chocolate, fresh berries

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender until smooth.

  • Melt a little butter in a pan and cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
